The 'Znakhar' onion is highly decorative and has good nectar-producing qualities, with its flower heads having a pleasant aroma. The root system of this variety is well-developed deeply, requiring soil with a deep plow layer for optimal growth. Green yield reaches 4.1-4.3 kg per square meter, and greens can be harvested 2-3 times per season as the foliage grows. To increase yield, it is recommended to apply compost when preparing beds and mineral fertilizers during the vegetation period. The variety is suitable for growing both on home plots and in farmer enterprises. Additionally, the 'Znakhar' variety is characterized by medium maturity with a period from germination to leaf cutting of 30-35 days. The leaves have a pale green color, a length of about 44 cm, and a width of about 2 cm. The bulbs are round or slightly flattened in shape, weighing from 36 to 65 grams, covered with 6 layers of white scales. Inside, 11-18 dense and juicy cloves form with a moderately sharp taste. Such onions are excellent for use in cooking and have good taste qualities.
