EMPEROR — this is a reliable mid-season hybrid of yellow-fruited sweet pepper, developed by United Genetics (Italy) for cultivation in open and protected ground. Plants form a strong leaf canopy that effectively protects fruits from sunburn, ensuring high-quality harvest. Fruits have a cylindrical shape, uniform and even, measuring 8–12 cm in width and up to 14 cm in length, with thick walls, making them attractive for various uses.

Fruit color changes during ripening: green in technical maturity, and bright yellow in biological maturity. Such color and dense structure make the pepper versatile for fresh consumption, as well as for canning. The hybrid is characterized by good resistance to diseases, which simplifies care and increases cultivation reliability.

For successful cultivation, seedlings should be grown without transplanting, maintaining optimal air temperature around 25 °C. At the 3–4 true leaf stage, seedlings should be transplanted using the transplanting method into larger containers. After transplanting to the permanent location, plants require regular watering with warm water, balanced fertilizer applications, and preventive treatment against fungal diseases. It is also important to promptly remove weeds to ensure healthy growth and development of the pepper.
