Description DICAPRIO
Dicaprio F1 — an early hybrid of sweet block-shaped pepper, intended for cultivation in unheated greenhouses and under plastic covers, as well as in open ground in southern regions. The maturation period is 60-65 days from transplanting seedlings. The plant is of medium height, which facilitates care and harvesting. This hybrid is characterized by high yield, reaching 4.2 kg per square meter under optimal conditions.

Dicaprio fruits are large — 9-10 cm by 10 cm, block-shaped with wall thickness up to 6 mm and weight up to 220 grams. They are very dense and resistant to cracking, making them ideal for both fresh market and processing. Fruit color changes from green in technical maturity to bright yellow in biological maturity, allowing easy determination of ripeness.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to tobacco mosaic virus (Tm:0-3) and medium resistance to tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV:0), significantly reducing disease risks and enhancing yield stability. Thanks to these characteristics, Dicaprio F1 is a reliable choice for farmers and gardeners aiming to obtain a high-quality, disease-resistant sweet pepper harvest.
