Description DAR ALTAI
The 'DAR ALTAI' pepper variety is a medium-maturing type with a maturation period from germination to technical ripeness of 125-136 days. The plant is medium-height, reaching 40-50 cm. The fruits are conical, hanging, large, weighing 100-120 g, with thin and tender skin. The flesh is juicy, 5-6 cm thick, and has excellent taste qualities, making this variety especially attractive for home cooking.

For growing 'DAR ALTAI', open ground on sunny spots with light, fertile, and neutral soils is recommended. The variety is well-suited for crop rotation after carrots, cabbage, beets, legumes, and cucurbits. It is grown using seedlings: seeds are sown in February into seedling trays with soil mix at a depth of no more than 1 cm, at a temperature of 23-25°C. Seedlings are transplanted into open ground in early June with an interval of 40x40 cm. Pepper prefers infrequent but abundant watering with warm water and responds positively to nitrogen fertilizers.

The variety is characterized by high disease resistance and good yield. The fruits have a long storage life, making them convenient for home use. 'DAR ALTAI' is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses, expanding its cultivation possibilities under various climatic conditions.
