Pepper COWBOY

Cowboy is a variety of sweet pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic covers. The plant is spreading, reaching a height of 70 to 100 cm, with large dark green leaves. Up to 12 fruits form on one plant, which have a prism-shaped form with strong ridges and a drooping position. In technical ripeness, the fruits are dark green, and in biological ripeness, they turn bright red. Fruit weight varies from 150 to 200 grams, and wall thickness is 4-5 mm. The variety is characterized by early maturity and high yield — up to 7.8 kg of marketable fruits per square meter. The fruits have a sweet taste with a slight spicy sharpness from the inner septum, as well as a strong peppery aroma. Due to these qualities, Cowboy pepper is ideal for fresh consumption, home cooking, and preservation. Its universal use makes this variety popular among gardeners and vegetable enthusiasts. The Cowboy hybrid exhibits comprehensive disease resistance and high adaptability to hot and cold conditions, enabling cultivation in various climatic zones. The robust and spreading plant adapts well to different conditions, ensuring a stable and high-quality yield. These characteristics make the variety attractive for those who value the combination of taste, yield, and reliability in cultivating sweet pepper.
