BISON HORN PEPPER

The 'Bison Horn' pepper is an early-maturing hybrid that ripens within 111-115 days and is intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic coverings. The plant is bushy, medium-height — from 50 to 60 centimeters — with a strong structure and numerous branches. The fruits have an elongated-conical shape, hanging, measuring 20 to 22 centimeters in length and 120 to 140 grams in weight. In technical ripeness, they are light green, and in biological ripeness — rich dark red with a smooth, glossy surface. The fruit skin thickness is 4-5 millimeters, providing the fruit with firmness and juiciness.

One of the main features of this hybrid is its unique taste, formed by the combination of sweetness of the fruit walls and spiciness of the internal partitions.
