Description SIBERIAN PRINCE
The Siberian Prince pepper variety is an early-maturing, high-yielding Siberian selection, intended for cultivation in open ground and under temporary plastic covers. The period from full emergence to the first harvest is 106-114 days, and to biological maturity — about 124 days. Plants are spaced at a density of approximately 5 per square meter, ensuring optimal yield and fruit quality.

The peppers have an elongated-conical shape with a glossy surface and weigh between 86 and 150 grams. Their color is yellowish in technical maturity and turns red upon full ripening. The fruit walls are 4.5-5 mm thick, with juicy, succulent, and aromatic flesh, giving the pepper excellent taste qualities. The fruits are highly marketable, free from indentations at the stem, and suitable for short-term storage.

Siberian Prince is characterized by uniform fruiting and high yield — from 1.7 to 4.2 kg per square meter in open ground and up to 5.5 kg in plastic greenhouses. This variety is ideal for fresh consumption, as well as for processing and canning, making it a versatile choice for gardeners and farmers.
