PIROUET

PIROUET pepper is an early hybrid of sweet Hungarian-type pepper with conical fruit shape. The vegetation period is approximately 60 days after transplanting seedlings, allowing for an early harvest. The plant is vigorous, grows quickly, and is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under greenhouse conditions, including temporary covers and tunnels. The hybrid is resistant to tobacco mosaic virus (TM 0), ensuring reliable and stable yields.

PIROUET fruits have a smooth, thick-walled structure, measuring 18 to 22 cm in length and 5-7 cm in diameter at the stem. Each fruit weighs 180 to 200 grams. In technical maturity, fruits are light green, and in biological maturity, they turn bright yellow or orange. This color and shape make the pepper versatile for fresh market use, as well as for processing and freezing. Fruits are uniform and well-protected by leaves from sunburn, enhancing their quality and market appearance.

PIROUET pepper is widely used in culinary applications due to its rich flavor and attractive appearance.
