This variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic cover, requiring abundant watering to achieve maximum productivity. The 'Alexey' pepper fruits are conical, large, and thick-walled, with flesh thickness of 7-8 mm and weight from 130 to 200 grams. In technical maturity, they are cream-colored, and in biological maturity — deep red. The flesh is sweet, juicy, and aromatic, making this pepper popular in culinary use. The seed chambers, numbering 2-3, are easily removed during cleaning, facilitating food preparation.
