Green sugar pea variety "Druzhnaya" is an early-maturing variety with a vegetation period of 55-57 days from seedling emergence to the first harvest. Plants are medium-height, reaching 60-70 cm and require staking for better growth and pod formation. Pods are light green, slightly curved, 9-11 cm long, contain 7 to 9 peas, which are distinguished by excellent taste qualities and the absence of a parchment layer, making them particularly pleasant to eat. Variety "Druzhnaya" is characterized by high yield, reaching up to 1.3 kg per square meter, making it profitable for growing both in personal households and for commercial purposes. It is excellent for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and canning. Due to its quick maturity and uniform crop formation, this pea can be planted early in spring on sunny areas, allowing for an early harvest. Sowing is recommended at a depth of 4-6 cm with row spacing of 30 cm and plant spacing of 15 cm. Plants need support for proper growth and pod formation. The variety is undemanding and drought-resistant, which facilitates care and increases the chances of a good harvest even under unfavorable conditions.
