Description GREENFIELD
Sweet corn GREENFIELD is a quality and tasty product ready for consumption throughout the year. This canned product has a delicate flavor and is a rich source of important minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium. In addition, corn contains antioxidants, vitamin E, and vitamin B1, which positively affect the cardiovascular and nervous systems and contribute to the formation of red blood cells. Due to its nutritional properties, GREENFIELD corn is widely used in European cuisine as a side dish, salad ingredient, and garnish for various dishes.

The corn plant itself is one of the most widespread agricultural crops, known for its high productivity and economic attractiveness. In Ukraine, corn has become a strategic crop cultivated almost throughout all regions regardless of climatic conditions. This is due to the crop’s resistance to stress factors and its ability to yield stable harvests even under adverse weather conditions.

The corn hybrid used for producing GREENFIELD is characterized by a medium-early maturity period and a high yield potential of up to 13.5 tons per hectare. Plants reach a height of approximately 285 cm, and ears have 14 rows of kernels with 30-35 kernels at the base. The hybrid exhibits strong early growth, rapid water release, and resistance to diseases such as helminthosporiosis, fusarium, and bulbous rust, as well as lodging and drought. These characteristics make GREENFIELD corn a versatile and reliable choice for cultivation and subsequent use in the food industry.
