Description BYCHK
The onion variety Bychk belongs to medium-maturing varieties and is intended for cultivation in one-year cultures. It is successfully cultivated in all regions of Russia, except for the southern ones. The bulbs have a flat-round shape, a mass from 60 to 80 grams, a dense structure, and a sharp taste. The appearance of the bulbs is attractive, with brown-yellow coloring of dry scales, which ensures high commercial qualities.

For planting seeds, two methods are recommended: direct sowing in open ground and the seedling method. Sowing seeds in the ground is carried out at the end of April - beginning of May at a depth of 1-1.5 cm. To obtain larger bulbs, growing through seedlings is preferable, sowing of which is carried out in March, and planting of seedlings in open ground - at the beginning of May. The optimal planting scheme is 5-7 cm between plants and 10-15 cm between rows.

Bulbs of the Bychk variety differ in good storability and can be stored for at least 9 months, which makes them convenient for long-term storage and use. The variety is suitable for growing on garden-vegetable plots, in suburban and farm farms, which allows obtaining a stable yield of quality onion with a sharp taste and attractive appearance.
