Onion ONE-YEAR SIBERIAN

One-Year Siberian onion is an early-ripening all-purpose variety of bulb onion widely used for growing from seeds sown in autumn or early spring, as well as from seedlings. This variety is characterized by high maturity and resistance to bolting, which ensures a stable and high-quality yield. Bulbs form large, flat-round in shape, weighing from 80 to 200 grams depending on the growing method, and have a semi-sharp taste. Dry scales have a golden color, while juicy parts are white, making the onion an attractive and tasty product for various culinary purposes.

Siberian onion is characterized by high yield, which can reach 1.6-2.8 kg per square meter, and the period from germination to harvest is about 90-100 days. The variety prefers light loamy soils and sunny areas, which promotes its good development and ripening. Thanks to excellent storage quality, ripe bulbs retain their qualities for a long winter period, which makes this variety particularly valuable for storage and use during the cold season.

This onion variety is known for its cold hardiness and adaptation to conditions of northern regions, where it has become widely distributed. Its early ripening period and high resistance to adverse factors make it a reliable choice for vegetable growers seeking to obtain a high-quality and stable yield. One-Year Siberian onion combines traditional qualities and modern requirements for vegetable crops, confirmed by its popularity and long history of successful cultivation.
