SYMPHONY — a medium-maturing spring variety of white-grained food oat, distinguished by high yield and grain quality. This variety is characterized by large solitary inflorescences and grain with high purity and low hull content, making it particularly valuable for the food industry. The weight of a thousand grains ranges from 39 to 48 grams, indicating the grain's size and density. The variety belongs to the mutica type and possesses uniform ripening, which facilitates harvest collection.

Plants of the SYMPHONY variety have stems of above-average height and demonstrate high resistance to lodging, which contributes to crop preservation and reduced losses during harvest. The variety is resistant to crown rust, however, it is susceptible to red-purple leaf spot, powdery mildew, and loose smut. These features require attention during crop protection, but overall, the variety shows good adaptation to growing conditions.
