Oat of the variety "Success" is an annual herbaceous plant widely used in agriculture due to its high biological value and unpretentiousness. This crop is characterized by its cold resistance and ability to adapt to variable climatic conditions, making it particularly in demand in various regions of Ukraine. Mainly spring oats are grown, which are sown in spring and withstand return frosts well, without requiring abundant irrigation. Thanks to these qualities, oat "Success" is a reliable crop for obtaining stable yields and can be used as a main grain crop, feed base for livestock and poultry, as well as green manure. Oat grain contains starch, proteins, fats, phospholipids, vitamins, and minerals, which makes it a valuable food and feed product. Uncleaned oat retains the hull and husk, thanks to which it has increased preservation and resistance to oxidation. Such oat is used for the production of whole-grain flour, natural beverages, decoctions, and infusions. Oat protein is similar in composition to muscle protein, which contributes to its application in nervous exhaustion, loss of appetite, and recovery after prolonged illnesses. Oats contain vitamins A, B group, E, H, as well as important trace elements — potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, and selenium. Oat "Success" has pronounced antioxidant, strengthening, and cleansing properties, which makes it a useful component of dietary nutrition. Preparations based on oats are used to improve gastrointestinal tract function, strengthening blood vessels, and also have diuretic, diaphoretic, antidiabetic, and antipyretic effects. In addition, oats are used in cosmetology for skin and hair care. Thus, oat "Success" is a universal and valuable crop combining agrarian, food, and therapeutic qualities.
