Falenets is a mid-ripening variety of spring oats (Avena sativa L.) intended for grain and green mass cultivation. The plant is characterized by high productivity and resistance to adverse conditions such as drought and lodging. The average vegetative period is 76 to 88 days, which allows for effective use of the variety in various climatic zones. The mass of 1000 grains varies within 32-41 grams, and the grain natural purity reaches 443-535 g/l, indicating high crop quality.

The Falenets variety is recommended for cultivation in various regions of Russia, including the Central, Volga-Vyatsk and Far Eastern regions. In particular, it is successfully cultivated in the Kaluga, Smolensk, and Kirov regions, as well as in the Amur region and Khabarovsk Krai. Grain yield in these regions reaches 33.3-38.3 c/ha, which confirms its high adaptability and stability in different climatic conditions.

A feature of the variety is the high protein content in the grain, which can reach up to 15.4%, making it valuable for use in the food and feed industries.
