BRACELET is a spring oats (Avena sativa L.) variety with medium-early maturity and medium plant height. It is characterized by lodging resistance, ensuring crop preservation and harvesting convenience. The plant is unpretentious to growing conditions, allowing successful cultivation in various regions, including the Central Black Earth, Middle Volga, East Siberian, and Northwest regions, as well as the Tambov, Penza regions, Krasnoyarsk Krai, and Yaroslavl region.
The BRACELET variety is suitable for the food industry due to grain quality and its characteristics. The mass of 1000 grains varies from 27 to 41 grams, indicating sufficiently large and dense grain. The variety yield varies depending on the region and growing conditions: in the Central Black Earth region, it reaches an average of 47.6 c/ha, and in the Northwest region, about 35.5 c/ha.
The variety has resistance to powdery scab and drought resistance, which increases its reliability under unfavorable weather conditions. However, it is susceptible to some diseases, such as crown rust and reddish-brown speckling, and in some cases can be highly susceptible to powdery scab. These features require attention when selecting agronomic measures for plant protection and ensuring high crop quality.
