FLAGMAN 12

Pea of the common pea variety FLAGMAN 12® is a high-yielding and early-maturing variety, characterized by resistance to various diseases and unfavorable climatic conditions. This medium-early leafless determinate variety has a vegetative period from 64 to 81 days, plant height from 41 to 82 cm, and is characterized by synchronous flowering with simultaneous maturation of pods, which are compactly formed at the top of the plant. Seeds have a spherical shape, yellow-pink color, medium size, and mass of 220-240 g, while the mass of 1000 seeds is 207-258 g. The protein content in the grain varies from 18 to 24%, which ensures excellent taste qualities of the product.

The FLAGMAN 12® variety is characterized by high resistance to drought, lodging, and shattering, which makes it a reliable choice for growing in various regions. It is weakly affected by root rots and powdery mildew, as well as has medium resistance to rust and weak to ascochitis. The yield of the variety varies depending on the region: in the Central Volga region, it reaches 18.9 c/ha, in the Lower Volga - 14.9 c/ha, and in the Ural - 10.5 c/ha. The maximum registered yield was 45.9 c/ha, which was achieved in 2011 in the Republic of Tatarstan.

FLAGMAN 12® is recommended for cultivation in Penza, Samara, Saratov, and Orenburg regions, and is suitable for use in agro-industrial complexes and farm enterprises. Thanks to its commercial and culinary qualities, this variety of pea is an excellent choice for obtaining quality seed material and obtaining high yields in various climatic conditions.
