Mustard Pantera

The "Pantera" variety represents spring black mustard (Brassica nigra), intended for seed production to obtain technical oil and high-quality meal. Plants reach a height of about 161 cm, and the vegetative period is approximately 85 days. Thanks to resistance to seed shattering and average flowering time, this variety ensures a stable yield – up to 10.9 centners per hectare.

Allilic oil content in "Pantera" reaches 1.04%, and fatty oil – 37.3%. These indicators make seeds particularly valuable for industrial production of mustard oil and other products. Moreover, black mustard is known for its high allilic content, which imparts a characteristic aroma to the oil and helps maintain its quality.
