Oslava

The mustard variety «Oslava» is a high-yielding and disease-resistant type grown both in open areas and greenhouses. The seeds are characterized by high germination rates: at temperatures between +10 and +15 °C, they sprout quickly, and the seedlings grow rapidly, allowing the fruits to reach maturity by mid-summer.

Key advantages of the variety include resistance to fusarium, fungal infections, and pests, as well as good adaptation to various soil conditions. Thanks to these properties, «Oslava» requires minimal care: regular watering and moderate fertilization are sufficient, after which the plant independently protects itself from most aggressive pathogens.

Mustard fruits are small but aromatic, making them attractive for culinary use. They are suitable for fresh consumption – for example, in salads and sauces – as well as for drying, which allows obtaining concentrated mustard oil. High yield and fruit quality make the variety in demand among farmers and food producers.
