Description Mriya
The "Mriya" mustard variety is a high-yielding raw material for the production of edible oil and mustard powder. The crop matures in 77–85 days, which allows for quicker field turnover and increases the efficiency of the agronomic process. The fruit is a pod with 24–26 oval-rounded seeds of a light yellow color; the mass of 1000 seeds is 3.7–4.0 g.

The seeds contain 43% oil and 0.9% essential (anethole) oil, ensuring a high level of taste qualities and beneficial properties of the final product. Average yield is about 2.6 t/ha, and oil content is 43%, making the variety competitive on the market.

"Mriya" is characterized by resistance to plant spreading and seed shattering, and medium resistance to diseases and pests. Technologically suitable for mechanized cultivation and recommended for cultivation in the steppes and forest-steppe zones of Ukraine. These properties make the variety a reliable choice for both farmers and industrial oil and powder producers.
