The lucerne variety DONS KAYA 2 is an interspecific hybrid of tetraploid forms of lucerne serpoformis and variegata, which ensures high productivity and resistance. This variety has been included in the State Register of Breeding Achievements of Russia since 1989 and is widely used in agriculture as a fodder crop.
