YALTINSEEDLESS

Yaltinseedless is an early-medium ripening grape variety that reaches maturity in 135-140 days. This grape is intended for fresh consumption and is also suitable for making dietary juices. The variety was bred at the NIIVV 'Magarach' using generative hybridization by crossing the Magarach No. 45-74-40 variety with the Moldavian Raisin variety. Thanks to this, it possesses unique qualities and high yields, reaching up to 130 centners per hectare.

The bushes of the variety are characterized by vigorous growth, and the leaves are large, deeply lobed with weak bristly pubescence. The bunches have a large cylinder-cone shape with medium density and a mass of about 353 grams. The berries are oval, medium-sized, dark red-purple, juicy and seedless. The grape juice is colorless, with a sugar content of 16.3 g per 100 cm³ and acidity of 7.4 g per dm³. The taste of fresh berries is evaluated by tasters at 8.7 points, indicating high quality and pleasant taste.

The variety has genetically determined resistance to fungal diseases such as downy mildew, powdery mildew, and gray rot, as well as tolerance to phylloxera, which significantly facilitates its cultivation and reduces the need for intensive plant protection. Despite low susceptibility to diseases, the variety has poor transportability, which should be taken into account when organizing harvest and sales. Yaltinseedless is recommended for industrial cultivation and is included in state registers, which confirms its reliability and demand in viticulture.
