Description Pink Traminer
Pink Traminer is an old technical grape variety widely cultivated in Western European countries, especially Austria and France. It belongs to the western European ecological-geographical group and is known for its muscat flavor and unique aroma. The leaves of this variety are medium or small in size, round in shape, dense, with a funnel-like form and slightly wavy edges, covered with dense woolly hairs on the underside. In autumn, the leaves turn yellow.

Bunches of Pink Traminer can be small or medium, cylindrical-conical or conical in shape, often winged and dense. The weight of a bunch varies from 67 to 120 grams, with an average of about 90 grams. The berries are light pink in color with a bluish powdery bloom, have round or slightly oval shapes. The berry skins are relatively thick and dense, while the flesh is tender, melting, with a harmonious flavor and delicate varietal aroma. The juice is colorless.

This variety is characterized by high sugar accumulation — up to 22 g/100 ml, with acidity around 6.7 g/l. Thanks to these properties, Pink Traminer is widely used for producing high-quality table, dessert, and sparkling wine materials, as well as juices. Its unique aroma and flavor make this grape ideal for creating rosé wines with a distinctive bouquet.
