Fruits (see illustration) are above-average in size (150-160 g), medium uniformity, flattened, broad-ribbed. Fruit skin is oily, dull, without waxy coating. Primary fruit color at harvest is greenish-yellow, whitish-yellow during consumer ripeness. Cover color on a significant part of the fruit appears as a red blush, consisting of stripes and speckles. Peduncle is long or medium, curved, upright. Calyx is of medium depth, conical, narrow.
Fruit flesh is greenish, firm, juicy, tart-sweet in taste. Fruit contains: 10.5% sugars, 0.31% acid, 14.2 mg/100g ascorbic acid, 451.2 mg/100g P-active substances, pectin substances 17.1%. External appearance attractiveness is rated 4.3-4.4 points, taste qualities — 4.3 points.
Harvest ripeness occurs at the beginning of September.
Fruits can be stored in a refrigerator until mid-February.
The variety is high-yielding. Over several years, yield of this variety reached 130 centners/ha, whereas the control variety Antonovka ordinary under the same conditions yielded only 70 centners/ha. The variety is sufficiently winter-hardy in the Oryol region. Possessing the Vf gene, the variety shows absolute resistance to scab.
Advantages of the variety: immunity to scab on fruits and leaves, high yield, winter ripening of fruits, high commercial and consumer qualities of fruits.
Disadvantages of the variety: fruit drop if harvest is delayed.
