CAZACHOK is a mid-season purple-chocolate pea variety, characterized by a sturdy bush reaching about 0.8 meters in height and strong stems. Each raceme forms 4 to 6 fruits weighing from 170 to 250 grams. The fruits have a round, slightly flattened shape and a uniform purple color. The pea flesh is dark red, juicy, and aromatic, with a pleasant sweet taste with a hint of acidity, making it especially tasty when eaten fresh and when preparing juices, sauces, and dark pastes, which turn out thick and rich.
