Tyumensky Harebell is a variety of Galega (Galega orientalis) obtained at the 'Siberian Herbs' nursery. The plant belongs to the legume family and is a perennial herbaceous plant with an upright growth habit. The leaves have an odd-pinnate structure, are light green, soft, and covered with a thin waxy coating, which gives them a luster and increases drought resistance.
The appearance of Tyumensky Harebell is characterized by dense green leaflets that easily break down into small leaflets. Flowers grow in racemose inflorescences and have a violet-blue shade, creating a bright visual impression. The plant height usually reaches 60–80 cm, and its upright habit makes it convenient for planting both in open areas and in coastal gardens.
Tyumensky Harebell is widely cultivated as a fodder plant due to its high protein content and good digestibility. It is drought-resistant and tolerates various soils, from sandy to clayey. Thanks to its perennial nature and low fertilizer requirements, this variety is suitable for organic farming and coastal plantings, where stable growth and minimal care are important.
