Laura oat is a high-efficiency variety of oat (Avena sativa), specifically developed for cultivation in temperate climates. The variety is characterized by high protein and starch content, ensuring excellent yields of up to 8–9 tons/ha under optimal agronomic conditions.
The key advantages of «LAURA» are its resistance to major diseases – rot, powdery rust, as well as to pests such as aphids and mites. Additionally, the variety has good frost resistance: it withstands low temperatures down to -10°C during sowing, which allows expanding its cultivation geography.
A deep root system ensures drought resistance, and the grain is easily cleaned and suitable for flour, cereals, and feed production. Due to these characteristics, «LAURA» is recommended for use in temperate climate regions where high yield and reliable protection from diseases are required.
