The 'Striped' eggplant variety represents a mid-season hybrid with a maturation period from germination to harvest of about 100-110 days. The plant reaches a height of 63-75 cm and is distinguished by a compact arrangement of fruits, primarily in the lower part of the bush. The root system is powerful, which contributes to prolonged fruiting and good yield, which is approximately 4.2 kg per square meter.

The fruits of the 'Striped' eggplant have a bullet or inverted egg shape, measuring from 15 to 20 cm in length and about 8-10 cm in diameter. Their coloring consists of a pink-purple or purple background with cream or white stripes and a strong gloss; the surface is smooth, and the fruit calyx is devoid of spines. The average fruit weight varies from 200 to 500 grams. The flesh is dense, cream-white, without bitterness, possesses excellent taste, and is suitable for various culinary purposes.

This variety is versatile in application: fruits are excellent for home cooking, especially for baking, making soups, as well as canning, pickling, and making caviar. The eggplant 'Striped' is well-transported and stored in a dry, cool place. Meanwhile, the seeds of the fruits are not intended for consumption.
