Anamur F1 Eggplant — an early-maturing, high-yielding hybrid from the Dutch breeding company Rijk Zwaan, suitable for cultivation in open ground and under plastic covers. The plant features a powerful, medium-height, compact bush with short internodes, strong stems, and a well-developed root system, ensuring resilience even during heavy fruiting. The vegetation period ranges from 90 to 100 days from sowing, enabling harvest in relatively short time. The hybrid exhibits high stress tolerance, heat resistance, rapid recovery ability, and resistance to diseases and changes in agronomic practices, making it versatile for various climatic conditions and cultivation methods, including seedling cultivation. The fruits of Anamur eggplant have an elongated cylindrical shape, 18–22 cm long and weighing 300–400 g. Their skin is smooth, glossy, and dark purple, while the flesh is light beige, tender, free of bitterness and tough veins, with small soft seeds. The fruits lack thorns on the calyx, facilitating harvest. Due to uniformity and attractive appearance, the fruits retain their marketable appearance and flavor for a long time, making them ideal for sale and transport. Anamur F1 eggplant is widely used in home cooking and suitable for various processing methods, including freezing, pickling, and other winter preparations. High seed germination rate (over 96%) and strong, vigorous seedlings with good immunity ensure reliable and stable plant development. Seeds are available in packs of 100 and 1000, convenient for various cultivation scales.
