Eggplant Black Beauty

A Vegetable Gardening Classic for Any Climate

The "Cherny Krasavets" (Black Beauty) eggplant from the Agrofirma Poisk company has long established itself as a reliable variety for private gardens and small-scale farms. Serving as a benchmark for traditional breeding, this variety is valued for its hardiness: it yields successfully both under plastic covers and in open ground, making it a versatile choice for regions with unpredictable weather.

Agronomic Characteristics and Yield

The main feature of this variety is its high phenotypic flexibility. With proper care, the weight of a single eggplant ranges from 200 to 500 grams, allowing growers to harvest both standard marketable sizes and larger specimens. The dark purple, almost blue-black glossy skin makes them easily recognizable, while the shape—varying from oval to classic cylindrical—is convenient for culinary processing. The fruits reach a length of 12–25 cm, making them ideal for caviar, canning, or roasting.

Why Choose "Cherny Krasavets"

• Versatile Cultivation: The variety is equally productive in greenhouse conditions and on outdoor beds.
• Stability: Agrofirma Poisk’s genetics ensure predictable results, which is critical for growers working in challenging agricultural zones.
• Gastronomic Quality: The flesh of this variety lacks excessive bitterness, making it a favorite for homemade preserves and dishes.

By choosing this variety, farmers achieve a balance between fruit aesthetics and practical utility. "Cherny Krasavets" is a time-tested classic that requires minimal effort while guaranteeing a stable harvest with a distinct flavor and an attractive market appearance.
