Description BULL'S HEAD
The 'Bull's Head' eggplant variety is a late or mid-late variety that begins bearing fruit 140-150 days after mass germination. In the middle belt, it is recommended for growing in greenhouses, while in southern regions it is suitable for open ground. The plant forms a sprawling bush about 70 cm high, which ensures convenience in care and harvest collection.

Fruits of this variety have a pear shape, glossy surface, and thin skin. Their weight varies from 500 g to 1 kg, and the flesh is white and differs with excellent taste qualities without bitterness. Spines on the plant's calyxes are rare, which facilitates fruit collection. The variety's yield is 6.5-7 kg per square meter, making it a productive choice for home and commercial growing.

Growing 'Bull's Head' eggplant is done via seedlings, which are planted in the ground at the age of 60-70 days. After the appearance of side shoots, it is recommended to leave 3-5 of the strongest ones and pinch off the rest to form a strong bush. At the end of August, 5-6 of the largest ovaries are left on the plant, removing the rest to ensure quality fruit ripening. Successful growing requires regular watering, weeding, loosening, and feeding, which contributes to high yield and excellent fruit quality.
