MEDALION

Medalion is an early-maturing eggplant variety, characterized by a compact plant reaching a height of 45-55 cm. The fruits have an elongated egg-shaped or ellipsoid form, are colored in a rich purple hue, and weigh about 80 grams. The fruit flesh is dense, white, and tasteless, making them particularly appealing for culinary use. The variety is distinguished by excellent taste qualities and high marketability, ensuring excellent fruit transportability.

This eggplant is versatile in cultivation and suitable for various conditions: open ground, film coverings, greenhouses, and is also ideal for cultivation in pots on a balcony. The plant requires intensive sunlight, warmth, and sufficient moisture, which promotes its full development and high yield. Medalion is resistant to verticillium wilt, which enhances its reliability during cultivation.

The fruit maturation period is early — from 90 to 98 days after planting, allowing for a quick harvest. The yield of the variety ranges from 2.0 to 3.0 kg per square meter. Medalion adapts well to various soil types, including loam, sandy loam, and chernozem, making it convenient for cultivation in different regions and conditions.
