ICE KON

Ice Kon «ICE KON» – an early-maturing variety that reaches technical maturity in 40‑45 days after germination. The roots are 18 to 25 cm long and about 6–10 cm wide, making them compact and easy to transport.

The root flesh is tender and white: it is smooth, juicy, and nearly without bitterness. The taste is slightly piquant but generally soft, with a refreshing sweet note. Thanks to this structure, the radish is perfect for fresh consumption as well as cooking, frying, or making salty dishes.
