Daikon WHITE SUN

Daikon "White Sun" – an early-maturing root crop that ripens within 45‑50 days after germination. Recommended for both open ground and film greenhouses due to its resistance to bolting, which allows obtaining two crops per season in the central regions. The root is round, smooth, and usually weighs from 200 to 250 g, though individual specimens can reach 350‑400 g. The flesh is snow-white, dense and juicy, while the taste remains refreshing, sweetish-spicy without a bitter aftertaste.

The yield of the product reaches 5‑6 kg/m², making it attractive for both home consumption and commercial growing. Due to its high juiciness and stable marketable appearance, the root stores well in the field and does not crack.

"White Sun" is ideally suited for fresh consumption: it is added to salads and side dishes, and can also be used in culinary dishes where a delicate taste and texture are valued. This is a universal product that combines rapid growth, high yield, and pleasant taste qualities.
