Almaz

Daicon "Almaz" is an early-maturing variety with a short vegetative period from germination to harvest, lasting 35–45 days. Fruits are round or slightly oval, smooth and white, with a diameter of 6–10 cm, half-buried in the soil. The mass of one root vegetable ranges from 180 to 400 g.

Daicon flesh is dense, crunchy, and very juicy, making it especially valuable for fresh consumption. Taste qualities are excellent: sweet aromatic flavor without bitterness, a slight sourness adds brightness to dishes.

The "Almaz" variety is heat-resistant and resistant to bolting and bacterial rot, ensuring a stable yield even in unfavorable climatic conditions.
