Zub Drakona

Dragon tooth is a highly developed daikon, grown in the mid-ripening period from 60 to 70 days after sowing. Bushes reach a height of about 1.2 m and contain four to six fruits per fruiting body, each weighing 80–100 g. Roots are long, cylindrical, 40–60 cm in diameter and weigh 1.1–1.5 kg, providing a high yield of 11–13 kg/m².

The roots' flesh is white, dense, juicy, and crisp. It has a pleasant taste without a burning effect and lacks watery varieties. Due to this texture, the daikon is suitable both for fresh consumption and for various culinary processing: boiling, stewing, baking, or making marinades.

The variety is noted for its high heat resistance and stability to discoloration, making it suitable for storage. The roots do not wilt and retain their fresh appearance for a long time, ensuring their popularity among farmers and consumers who value a long storage period without quality loss.
