Vakula

Daiikon «Vakula» – an early-maturing radish variety that grows quickly: it takes only 50‑60 days from the appearance of the first seedlings to maturity. The root is long and cylindrical, reaching up to 30 cm in length and weighing between 400 and 800 grams. The skin is white and smooth, while the flesh is snowy-white, dense, and juicy with a slight sharp taste.

The variety is characterized by high yield: with proper agronomy, you can obtain up to 7.6 kg of roots per square meter. It is resistant to bolting and flowering, which makes it convenient for growing on various types of soil. The delicious fruits retain their properties for a long time – under proper storage conditions, they can be stored for up to five months.

«Vakula» is particularly valued for its beneficial properties: due to its composition, it is suitable for people with diabetes, helps cleanse the liver and kidneys, and supports immunity during colds and bacterial infections. This makes it an excellent choice both for daily consumption fresh and for long-term storage in dry containers or a box with sand.
