SPRING WHITE

Daikon "Spring Favor F1" – an early-maturing daikon hybrid developed by experts from Nong Woo Bio in South Korea. The vegetative period is about 40‑45 days, allowing cultivation both in summer and in the first half of autumn in open ground. The recommended sowing density is up to 200–250 thousand plants per hectare.

The fruits of this variety have a cylindrical shape with rounded ends, without "greening" around the leaf rosette. The skin is thin and smooth, with a snow-white color. The average fruit length is 12–14 cm, diameter 4.5–5 cm, weight up to 200 g. The flesh is uniform, elastic, and crunchy, without a bitter aftertaste, which makes the product especially pleasant fresh.

The variety is distinguished by high resistance to short-term cooling and frosts, quickly adapts to different growing conditions, and is not susceptible to diseases and bolting. The harvested yield can be transported over long distances, sold on the fresh market, and stored for 1–2 months without loss of marketability and taste qualities. Thanks to these properties, "Spring Favor F1" is widely used in cookery for preparing salads and other dishes from fresh vegetables.
