MINOVASI is an early variety of daikon, distinguished by its high yield and rapid maturation period. The roots reach a length of 45 to 50 cm and weigh approximately 1.2–1.5 kg, while retaining tender white flesh without bitterness.
The variety boasts excellent taste qualities: its soft texture and pleasant flavor make it ideal for fresh consumption as well as for salads. Furthermore, daikon can be boiled, stewed, or prepared in a slightly salty sauce – thanks to its resistance to color change, it maintains an attractive appearance.
MINOVASI is rich in vitamins and minerals, making it a healthy product for supporting the health of kidneys and liver. They are also used in conditions of the biliary tract, thanks to their mild taste and juicy flesh.
