Dill Karlik

Dwarf Dill is an early-maturing and high-yielding dill variety, distinguished by its rich spicy aroma and delicate, exquisite taste. The plant forms compact bushes up to 45 cm tall with beautiful, juicy leaves of a deep emerald color. Thanks to its size and decorative appearance, Dwarf Dill is excellent for growing both in open ground and in pots, making it a versatile choice for various growing conditions.

The variety is characterized by high yield — up to 2-3 kg of greens per square meter, and the period from germination to harvesting greens is only 30-35 days. Dwarf Dill is resistant to cold, loves light, and requires fertile, well-moistened soil. To obtain a stable harvest, seeds are sown in several stages with an interval of 10-12 days, starting from mid-April to early May. Care for the plant includes regular weeding, fertilizing, and watering, while greens are harvested as the green mass grows.

Dwarf Dill is widely used in cooking due to its rich aroma and piquant taste. Its greens are indispensable in fresh summer salads, meat and fish dishes, and are also suitable for drying and freezing. Moreover, the spicy seeds and flower heads of this variety find application in cosmetology and alternative medicine, making Dwarf Dill a versatile and in-demand plant for home and professional growing.
