Dill Azhur

Dill of the Ajur variety is a mid-season and high-yield type that reaches technical maturity in 30 to 35 days after germination. The plant is characterized by high bushiness and can grow up to 90 cm in height. Due to its sprawling shape and long period before stem elongation, dill retains freshness and usability for a long time.

Ajur dill leaves are dark green, short-petioled, and tender, making them especially attractive for culinary use. The plant has a strong aroma that gives dishes a rich and pleasant taste. All above-ground parts of dill contain essential oils, which enhance its aromatic and taste qualities.

This dill variety is versatile in application and suitable for growing both in open ground and in protected conditions. High yield and resistance to stem elongation make it an excellent choice for obtaining fresh greens throughout the season. Ajur dill is ideal for use fresh, as well as for pickling and canning.
