SUDARYNIA

Sudarynia is an early-maturing variety of leaf parsley intended for cultivation in both open and protected ground. The vegetative period from germination to harvesting greenery is 60-65 days. The plant forms a rosette 25-35 cm high with 20-27 dark green leaves, which have large lobes and are characterized by a bright aroma. Leaves regrow well after cutting, allowing for periodic harvesting as needed.

This parsley variety is versatile in application: it is used both fresh and dried as a spicy seasoning for vegetable, meat, and fish dishes, soups, and poultry. Additionally, the greenery is suitable for preserving vegetables and mushrooms. A feature of the variety is the ability of the roots to overwinter in the soil, which ensures the early and rapid appearance of young greenery in spring.

Seeds of the Sudarynia variety are sown from April and throughout the season, and winter sowing is also practiced. The yield reaches 1.6-1.8 kg per square meter, making this variety attractive to gardeners and farmers seeking a stable and high-quality yield of greenery.
