Zabiyaka

ZABIYAKA — this is a new early-maturing hybrid cucumber, specially developed for cultivation under risky farming conditions, including regions with low light and low temperatures, such as early spring or rainy cold summers. From germination to the first harvest, it takes only 40-43 days, allowing for a quick harvest. The hybrid is shade-tolerant and does not require pollination, simplifying its cultivation under various climatic conditions.

The plant features an unusual combination of strong overall growth power with limited lateral branch growth, which forms 3-4 internodes and ends in a cluster of fruiting nodes, producing 5-6 fruits. Leaves are large and dark green, and fruits have an attractive cylindrical shape, 6-10 cm long and 3-3.5 cm in diameter. They are dark green with blurred whitish stripes, covered with large but sparse bumps with white or black spines. The fruit skin is tough and dense, while the flesh is juicy and crisp, and the hybrid is genetically free from bitterness.

The ZABIYAKA hybrid has a prolonged fruiting period, continuing until the onset of stable frosts, and is resistant to sudden temperature fluctuations, root rot, and false powdery mildew. It is suitable for cultivation both in greenhouses and in open ground, intended for fresh consumption and pickling, making it a versatile and reliable choice for gardeners and farmers.
