The earliest existing cucumber-gherkin hybrid today. Parthenocarpic. Does not require bee pollination. With sufficient feeding, forms 6–7 fruits per node. Fruits are free of bitterness, ripen very early and uniformly. Intended for fresh consumption and processing. Resistant to cucumber mosaic virus, cladosporiopsis, and moderately resistant to false powdery mildew.
Recommended for cultivation in glass and plastic greenhouses, as well as in open ground, both vertically and horizontally.
