Cucumber Sudar

Cucumber variety SUDARY is an early-maturing hybrid suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses. This variety is characterized by high yield and stable fruiting, maturing on average within 35–45 days. The plant is bushy, compact, with short tendrils and mixed flowering type. Fruits are cylindrical, 8–10 cm long, with a dark green skin and light green, dense flesh. They are crisp, juicy, and have a slightly sweet flavor without bitterness, making them ideal for fresh consumption, pickling, and preservation. Variety SUDARY exhibits high resistance to common cucumber diseases such as powdery mildew, downy mildew, cladosporiasis, and cucumber mosaic virus. This makes it well-adapted to various growing conditions and requires minimal care. The parthenocarpic growth type allows for fruit production without pollination, which is especially convenient in greenhouse conditions. The plant forms strong, white-tipped fruits with a finely ribbed surface, maintaining their flavor and market appearance. For planting, seedlings are recommended, which should be transplanted into the soil from May to June when soil temperature is not lower than 15 °C. Seeds should be sown at a depth of 1.5–2 cm. Cucumber SUDARY is suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions and is an excellent choice for gardeners aiming to obtain an early, high-quality, versatile harvest.
