Cucumber CRUNCHY ROW

Crunchy Row F1 — an early parthenocarpic hybrid cucumber that begins fruiting 46-48 days after germination. This variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under cover, making it a versatile choice for various climatic conditions. The cucumbers are 9-11 cm long and weigh 90-100 g; they are bumpy, white-tipped, and non-bitter. The fruits are dark green with characteristic light stripes, giving them an attractive appearance and broad usability. The hybrid is characterized by high yield — up to 5.4 to 7.2 kg of fruit per plant. A distinctive feature of this variety is the cluster arrangement of fruit set, allowing up to 10-12 flowers to form in the axil, promoting abundant and prolonged fruiting. Moreover, Crunchy Row F1 exhibits resistance to true and false powdery mildew, as well as root rot, significantly simplifying care and enhancing crop reliability. For obtaining quality seedlings, sowing is recommended at the end of April, and transplanting into the soil — at the end of May or beginning of June, when plants reach the 3-4 true leaf stage. When sowing directly into a greenhouse, the optimal time is mid-May. The recommended planting scheme is 50x50 cm, ensuring sufficient space for plant development and maximum fruiting. Thanks to its characteristics and ease of cultivation, this hybrid will be an excellent choice for gardeners aiming to obtain an early and abundant harvest of tasty cucumbers.
