Cucumber MUMU F1 is a fast-maturing parthenocarpic hybrid that begins fruiting 43-48 days after germination. The plant features a cluster of flower buds — 4 to 6 fruits form in one node, significantly increasing yield. Limited lateral branch growth simplifies plant care and harvest, making this variety suitable for cultivation both in open ground and protected soil, including temporary plastic coverings. Sowing seedlings is recommended at the end of April, and transplanting into the ground at the end of May or beginning of June, when plants have developed 3-4 true leaves. Direct sowing into the ground in May-June is also possible, following a 30x70 cm planting scheme. Cucumbers have a cylindrical shape, 10-12 cm in length and 90-110 g in weight. They are covered with large bumps and black spines, giving them an attractive appearance. Cucumber MUMU fruits possess unique pickling qualities: they are crisp, aromatic, and flavorful, while retaining their properties during preservation. The hybrid exhibits high resistance to true powdery mildew and olive spot, as well as moderate resistance to false powdery mildew and root rot. Yield per plant is 6-7 kg, making it an advantageous choice for gardeners and farmers.
