Zaїslav M — an early-maturing corn hybrid intended for cultivation in the food and processing industries, as well as in animal feed production. This hybrid is characterized by high yield, reaching 13–15 tons per hectare, and high grain output — from 78.4% to 81.7%. The vegetation period is 107–114 days, enabling a stable harvest within a short time. Plants reach a height of 220–240 cm, with an ear length of 18–20 cm, positioned at a height of 75–80 cm. The grain has a dent shape and yellow color, with a 1000-grain weight ranging from 260 to 290 g. Zaїslav M hybrid exhibits high resistance to lodging and various diseases, including common and late blights, stalk and root rots, as well as damage from corn borer. Additionally, it shows enhanced resistance to drought and cold, making it tolerant to dense planting. These characteristics ensure reliable and stable yields even under adverse climatic conditions. Recommended for cultivation in the Polissia and Steppe regions of Ukraine, where its adaptive traits and high productivity allow efficient use in both food and feed purposes. Zaїslav M is a simple, early-maturing hybrid that combines high yield with resistance to stress factors, making it an advantageous choice for agricultural producers.
