WHITE MARMELOAD CARROT

The 'White Marmelad' carrot variety is a unique medium-maturing vegetable with a growing period of about 105-110 days. This variety is characterized by high yield and excellent taste qualities, as well as low caloric content, making it an excellent choice for dietary food. The root crops have an elongated-conical shape and cream-white color, ranging from 17 to 22 cm in length, with a characteristic greenish head protruding above the ground. The mass of root crops varies from 180 to 250 grams, and under favorable growing conditions can reach 400 grams and more.

The carrot pulp is oily, white, sweet, crisp, and aromatic, ensuring a pleasant taste and high nutritional value. Large and bright root crops are well-preserved fresh until May, which allows for their use for a long time after harvest. The variety is suitable for preparing fresh salads, vitamin juices, colorful cuts, and baked dishes, expanding its application possibilities in cooking.

Sowing seeds is recommended at the end of April - beginning of May at a depth of about 1 cm with a distance between rows of 15 cm. After the appearance of seedlings, they are thinned out, leaving 5-7 cm between plants for optimal development.
